How to get going with BidSlate®, A Premier Global Media Content Rights Marketplace

Register securely with BidSlate® as a Buyer or a Seller

Sellers submit metadata, upload the required assets, and select rights & territories for distribution consideration. Sellers may also select to be considered from distribution partners with fixed distribution agreements.

Buyers search for media content (narrative and/or documentary features, shorts, series) based on specific purchasing needs (genres, territories, rights, etc.) and are able to view full title details when considering for distribution. Buyers may also establish Fixed Purchase Agreements from which Sellers may select for distribution consideration.

Seller and Buyer agree on terms..

Buyers send Minimum Guarantee or Licensing Fees, if any, to BidSlate (BidSlate also handles the processing and reporting of revenue share)

BidSlate delivers assets to Buyers, as per distribution terms (additional fees may apply if utilization of 3rd-party post facility is required).

Once Buyers approves asset delivery, BidSlate releases any advances -- MGs and/or Licensing Fees -- to Sellers, minus BidSlate commission and any other transaction costs, if any. Note: Revenue Share is paid as per agreed by specific platform. and meeting minimum payout requirements.

Transaction is now complete.
